Upgrade 30-Minute Fire Rated Ceiling Door

This Versa Lift™ Ceiling Cover Door has a 30-Minute Fire Rating.  It can be ordered at the time of original order placement and will replace the standard ceiling Door that would normally come with the Versa Lift™.  It is both thicker and heavier than the standard Ceiling Cover Door and therefore requires a special Leg Set that has been equipped with heaver duty springs to accommodate the extra weight of this special Fire Door.

TL-24 Truss Leg Kit

Allows Versa Lift™ 24 to be installed between 24" O.C. Pre-Fab trusses.

The TL-24 Truss Leg Kit is required to install the Versa Lift™ between pre-fabricated attic truss joists on 24" centers. That is because pre-fabricated truss members may not be cut without weakening the roof structure. 

The kit includes four specially configured housing legs that take the place of the standard housing legs and will fit between the trusses.

The Auto-Shutter automatically closes the lift opening in the upper floor when the lifting platform is lowered. This accessory is highly recommended whenever the Versa Lift™ is installed into a living or work area, walk-in closet or walk-in attic spaces.
